The Shore Restaurant, Penzance offers a small seafood menu crafted using the best ingredients available on a daily basis. Bruce has captained the kitchens for some of the best chefs in the country including Michelin stared Restaurant Martin Wishart in Edinburgh, Michelin stared Shanks in Northern Ireland, Gary Rhodes and Rick Stein.

In August 2012 Michelin started chef Ben Tunnicliffe opened Tolcarne Inn. Not only was it a suitable little pub for Ben's vision but it was a stones throw away from the fabulous Newlyn fish market which supplies Ben with an abundance of fresh fish and shellfish for his stunning menu.
